KCSL Vision is to be the go-to company for Mobile service providers for their distribution solutions in Sub Saharan Africa. These include digitisation of distribution, reseller credit services as well as other FINTECH products.

KCSL’ mission statement is to seamlessly provide easy access to airtime and other related services to the local populations in the markets we serve. We strive in ensuring a subscriber can top up anytime, anywhere using a variety of channels.

KCSL has an established business network consisting of vendors and business partners. It leverages its relationships with prominent players in the ICT and Telecommunications industries to share expertise, risk, and capacity on the delivery of its services and product offering.
OPERATIONAL PLATFORM
KCSL acquired the ERS 360 from Seamless Distribution Systems, the proprietor of the software and deliver the service to MTN Zambia reseller base.
The platform is cutting technology and is capable to adapt to suite other plug-in peripheral platforms and innovative products KCSL intends to introduce as service offering to the market.
The platform is equipped with predictive analytics to help in scoring any applicants regarding their eligibility to credit based on their previous transactional history.
OUR AIM IN THE NEXT 2 YEARS
- Introduce purchase of MTN airtime through automated microcredit services for POS resellers in order to capture sales lost through inadequate float.
- Achieve an increase in sales of MTN airtime through POS by an additional 20% per month over the next 10 months.
- Retain and grow the current MTN POS reseller base from an average of 13k to over 120k over the next five years from start of operations
- Produce a net profit of at least ZMW 21m in the first full year of operation
- Provide jobs that are rewarding and fulfilling
- Increase electronic recharge for talk time and data as opposed to physical vouchers and management costs related to them.
