Mr Sipula has over 25 years at senior management level in the mobile telephone industry and is familiar with mobile telephone talk time distribution systems and other aspects of mobile telephone operations. He has overseen operations and financial management for Sub Sahara region while at Airtel. His qualifications include Chartered Accountancy credentials and Master of Business Administration.
